These terms govern your use of Vimarsh, operated by Free Mind Consultancy. By creating an account, you agree to them. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. What Vimarsh does
Vimarsh queries AI systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) with search-style questions relevant to your business, and reports how those systems mention, recommend, cite, or compare your business against competitors.
2. AI-accuracy disclaimer and limitation of liability
Vimarsh reports what AI systems said -- it does not verify, endorse, or guarantee that any AI system's output is factually correct. AI providers can be wrong, inconsistent between runs, or reflect only a partial view of the market. See our Responsible AI page for a full explanation of what our measurements do and do not claim.
You agree that Vimarsh is not liable for business decisions made in reliance on AI-provider output we report, for any inaccuracy, omission, or misrepresentation originating from a third-party AI provider, or for any AI system spreading misinformation about your business that is outside our control to prevent or correct. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Vimarsh is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the business information you provide. You may not use Vimarsh to query AI systems about a business you do not own or are not authorized to represent.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Razorpay. Cancellation timing, unused-usage expiry, refund eligibility, and duplicate-payment handling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings, subject to the 14-day restore window described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service (for example, automated/bot signups or attempts to circumvent usage limits), with notice where practicable.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date; continued use of Vimarsh after a change constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
